A very clever slicer/mandolin this one.
But the smart part is that it comes with 4 cassette cutter inserts.
One is a slicer and the other 3 are for grating and shredding.
Cleverer still, the three not in use cafely clip into housings underneath the slicer so they are kept safely and out of the way when not in use. |
